Taylor Swift's Former Cape Cod Home Hits the Market for a Whopping Price

Wartagate.com - A historic home in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, once owned by global superstar Taylor Swift, has been listed for sale at a staggering price. 

The waterfront property, located in Hyannis Port, is being sold for $14.995 million, equivalent to approximately Rp252 billion.

The 1928-built home boasts stunning views of Nantucket Sound and features seven bedrooms, a sunroom, pergola, pool deck with fireplace, and a large dining area overlooking the water. The property spans over 1.1 hectares of land, with 60 meters of waterfrontage.

Interestingly, Swift purchased the property in 2013 but only held onto it for a few months. The home has a rich history, having been owned by the Coleman family, friends of the Kennedys, since the 1940s. 

Prior to Swift's ownership, the property was part of the Coleman family's estate, who have been associated with the area since the 17th century.

The sale of this property marks a significant moment for Swifties and real estate enthusiasts alike, offering a glimpse into the luxurious lifestyle of one of the world's most famous celebrities.
