WartaGate.com – K-pop girl group WJSN, also known as Cosmic Girls, is preparing to welcome a special moment in their career journey. In the near future, WJSN will celebrate the 10th anniversary of their debut by releasing a special song for their fans.

News of this comeback has been officially confirmed by Starship Entertainment, the agency that manages WJSN. On Saturday (February 21), the agency announced that WJSN will release a new song titled Bloom Hour as a celebration of their decade-long journey in the music industry.

The song is scheduled for digital release on February 25 at 6:00 PM KST. The release of “Bloom Hour” is expected to be a special gift for fans who have faithfully supported WJSN since their debut.

The title “Bloom Hour” carries deep meaning. The song depicts beautiful moments when time, effort, and togetherness over the years finally bear fruit. Through this song, WJSN invites fans to look back on their journey, from their debut days to their current achievements. “Bloom Hour” symbolizes growth, maturity, and gratitude toward their supporters.

WJSN officially debuted in February 2016 as a collaborative project between Starship Entertainment and Yuehua Entertainment. From the beginning, the group was known for its unique concept inspired by zodiac signs and constellations.

Initially, WJSN consisted of 12 members divided into four units. This concept made them stand out from other girl groups at the time. Shortly after debuting with the song MoMoMo, the group’s lineup became more complete with the addition of Yeonjung, a former member of I.O.I, who became the main vocalist. With Yeonjung’s presence, WJSN once had a total of 13 members.

Over time, WJSN became known for their neat choreography and complex stage formations. Their performances are often arranged to resemble constellations, in line with the group’s main concept. This distinctive characteristic has given WJSN a strong identity in the K-pop industry and attracted many fans, both in South Korea and internationally.

In 2018, WJSN’s journey underwater a major change. Three Chinese members Cheng Xiao, Meiqi, and Xuanyi, decided to focus on their careers in their home country. Since then, they have no longer been active in the group’s activities in South Korea. Despite continuing with fewer members, WJSN has maintained strong consistency and enthusiasm.

After the lineup change, WJSN’s popularity continued to rise. They achieved their first music show win with the song Save Me, Save You, which became an important milestone in their career. In addition, WJSN created a unique tradition in South Korea through the song As You Wish. The song often tops music charts on New Year’s Eve and is believed to bring good luck to listeners.

The release of “Bloom Hour” proves that WJSN remains committed to creating new music, even after facing various challenges over the past decade. This song is not merely a comeback, but also a form of appreciation for fans who have faithfully accompanied their journey.

As their career enters its 10th year, WJSN shows that they remain relevant and capable of adapting to developments in the music industry. Fans are eagerly awaiting this latest release as a symbol of togetherness and beautiful memories with their beloved idols.
