Kim Soo Hyun Takes Legal Action Against False Accusations Regarding Kim Sae Ron’s Death

Wartagate.com - Kim Jong Bok, the legal representative of South Korean actor Kim Soo Hyun, has announced that they have filed both criminal and civil lawsuits against those who have allegedly accused the actor of being involved in and responsible for the death of the late actress Kim Sae Ron.

"Actor Kim Soo Hyun and his agency, Gold Medalist, have decided to pursue criminal and civil action against those responsible in order to clarify the facts," Kim Jong Bok stated, as reported by Soompi on Monday.

 He explained that their legal firm has officially filed charges against the surviving family members of Kim Sae Ron, an individual claiming to be her aunt, and the operator of HoverLab Inc. for defamation under laws regarding the promotion of information and communication network utilization and protection of information.

 The lawsuit also includes an emotional assessment report submitted by Kim Soo Hyun.

Previously, Kim Soo Hyun had denied all allegations linking him to the tragic passing of Kim Sae Ron, who was also his former girlfriend.

"I will address the part that you are most curious about. I was not dating the late Kim Sae Ron when she was underage. It is also not true that she made such a tragic decision because I turned away from her or because my agency pressured her regarding her debts. Apart from the fact that we were both actors, we were simply a couple like any other," Soo Hyun stated.

He further explained that during the difficult period following Kim Sae Ron’s involvement in a drunk driving incident, he struggled to contact her, knowing that she was already in a relationship with someone else.

"I was cautious about reaching out to her. We had moved on with our own lives, and I didn’t know what to say," he added.

Additionally, Kim Soo Hyun refuted claims that Kim Sae Ron had taken her own life due to financial pressure imposed by his agency, Gold Medalist.

"It is also not true that she made such a fatal decision due to financial pressure from my agency," he clarified.

The legal proceedings are expected to shed light on the truth behind the accusations and protect Kim Soo Hyun’s reputation from baseless claims.
