Yeri Embarks on New Journey as Actress Under Blitzway Entertainment

Wartagate.com - Yeri, a member of the popular K-pop group Red Velvet, has signed an exclusive contract with Blitzway Entertainment to pursue a career in acting under her real name, Kim Ye-rim.

The agency, known for representing talented actors such as Goh Doo-shim, Ju Ji-hoon, and Moon Chae-won, has expressed enthusiasm about supporting Yeri's new journey.

"We are thrilled to join forces with Kim Ye-rim on this new path and support her potential as an actor," said Hong Min Ki, CEO of Blitzway Entertainment.

"With her experience and sensitivity gained from the global stage, we will fully support her as she expands her reach in the acting world."

Yeri's decision to pursue acting comes after she and fellow Red Velvet member Wendy parted ways with SM Entertainment, the group's long-time agency.

Despite the change, both members are expected to continue participating in Red Velvet's activities.

With a debut in 2015 as a member of Red Velvet, Yeri has been exploring her acting career since 2021, with notable projects including "Blue Birthday" and "Bitch X Rich."

Her new agency is poised to support her growth and development as an actress, and fans are eagerly anticipating her future projects.
