Shin Dong Ho Accused of Cheating While His Wife Was Pregnant, Ready to File a Counter-Lawsuit Against Ex-Wife

WartaGate.com – Former K-Pop boy group U-KISS member Shin Dong Ho is once again in the public spotlight after his ex-wife made serious allegations about their past marriage.

The singer, better known by his stage name Dongho, has been accused of cheating multiple times while they were still married. According to his ex-wife, the alleged affairs even took place while she was pregnant with their child. The controversy has resurfaced eight years after their official divorce.

Dongho and his former wife got married in 2015 and welcomed a son during their marriage. However, their relationship did not last long, and they finalized their divorce in 2018.

Through posts on social media, his ex-wife claimed that Dongho had been involved with a model while they were still married. She also alleged that the woman knew Dongho was about to become a father and that his wife was expecting at the time.

Beyond the alleged infidelity, Dongho has also been accused of failing to fulfill his responsibilities as a father after the divorce. His ex-wife claimed that he appeared indifferent when their son visited him in Japan.

After retiring from the South Korean entertainment industry, Dongho chose to settle in Japan. He is now reportedly working as a DJ while also running his own business.

In her statement, his ex-wife described what she considered a painful moment, claiming that when she and their son arrived in Japan, Dongho did not show enthusiasm as a father. 

She also raised concerns about child support, alleging that it was not properly paid. She stated that for nearly a decade, she has been solely responsible for covering their child’s needs and upbringing.

In response to the accusations, Dongho eventually broke his silence. He released an official statement firmly denying all allegations directed at him.

Dongho emphasized that he had never cheated nor neglected child support payments. He also criticized his ex-wife for allegedly spreading false information.

He further stated that he is now just an ordinary person who left the entertainment industry nearly a decade ago and therefore has no interest in seeking public attention.

As a next step, Dongho plans to pursue legal action by filing a criminal complaint for defamation and the dissemination of false information.

For now, the dispute between the two continues to draw attention online. The public is awaiting further developments regarding Dongho’s legal actions as well as any additional clarification from both parties.
