D4vd Arrested in Connection with Teen’s Death, Lawyer Asserts His Client’s Innocence

WartaGate.com – The case surrounding the death of a teenager named Celeste Rivas Hernandez has entered a new phase after young singer d4vd was arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).

The arrest immediately drew public attention, considering that d4vd is widely known for his viral song, “Here With Me.”

The arrest took place on April 16, 2026, in the Hollywood Hills area. However, d4vd’s legal team quickly denied any allegations of their client’s involvement in the case. They emphasized that, so far, there is no direct evidence indicating that the singer is responsible for Celeste’s death.

In their statement, the defense team said that d4vd was detained based solely on suspicion, without any formal charges or criminal indictment. They also stressed that they will defend their client to the fullest and are confident that the facts will ultimately prove his innocence.

Nevertheless, the police have their own reasons for making the arrest. According to circulating information, d4vd was reportedly uncooperative during the investigation process, prompting investigators to issue an arrest warrant.

At present, he is being held without bail while awaiting further legal proceedings. The case itself began with the discovery of a body inside a Tesla vehicle believed to belong to d4vd.

The car was previously found abandoned in the Hollywood Hills area and was later towed by authorities. Suspicion arose after a strong odor was detected coming from inside the vehicle.

Upon inspection, officers discovered a human body wrapped and concealed in the front section of the car. The condition of the remains was severely decomposed, making the identification process quite lengthy.

Some time later, the body was identified as Celeste Rivas Hernandez. She was known to be a teenager who had previously been reported missing since April 5, 2024, in the Lake Elsinore, California area. At the time she was found, Celeste was estimated to be around 14 to 15 years old.

The case has now been handed over to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office for further review. Prosecutors will examine all available evidence and facts before deciding whether the case should proceed to prosecution.
