WartaGate.com - News about the possibility of Minji returning to ADOR and NewJeans has once again become a hot topic among fans. The speculation emerged on Minji’s birthday, which fell on Thursday, May 7, 2026.

The discussion began after NewJeans’ official social media account uploaded several photos of cakes made by Minji. The cakes were previously prepared especially for fans who visited her birthday café event last year.

The upload immediately caught fans’ attention. Many believed the post was a positive sign that Minji still maintains a good relationship with both NewJeans and ADOR.

Fans also actively discussed the matter on X. Some interpreted the upload as a hint that Minji may rejoin the group in the near future.

More enthusiastic comments soon followed, with many fans expressing hope that Minji would officially return to group activities soon.

Responding to the growing rumors, ADOR finally addressed the situation. A representative from the agency stated that they are currently continuing internal discussions regarding Minji’s future activities.

However, ADOR has not yet confirmed anly possible comeback or official decision at this time.

The agency also added that discussions have generally been moving in a positive direction, although there are still no specific details that can be publicly announced.

Previously, ADOR announced the return of Haerin and Hyein in November 2025. Shortly afterward, Hanni also rejoined in December of the same year.

On the other hand, Danielle’s exclusive contract with ADOR officially ended. Meanwhile, Minji’s status remains a major question mark for fans.

Speculation surrounding NewJeans’ comeback grew even stronger after Haerin, Hyein, and Hanni were reportedly seen filming in Copenhagen earlier this April.

Many fans are now curious whether Minji will also join the group’s upcoming project.
