After completing his mandatory basic military training, Jungwoo has finally appeared in public with a new look as a South Korean soldier. He was seen for the first time wearing a military uniform at an official ceremony held at the Korea Army Training Center on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

The ceremony marked the completion of the basic training period that all military service participants are required to undergo. Not only did Jungwoo successfully complete his training, but he was also given a special responsibility. He was appointed as a Company Commander Trainee, a position that places him in charge of leading approximately 100 to 200 other trainees.

After completing basic training, Jungwoo will continue his military service as part of the Korea Military Academy Band.
