Ahead of Military Service, SF9’s Zuho Promises to Return as a More Mature Person

WartaGate.com - The latest news comes from South Korean idol and actor Zuho. The SF9 member is officially set to begin his mandatory military service in May 2026 after his agency announced his official enlistment schedule.

Through a statement released by Haewadal Entertainment, Zuho is scheduled to enter the Nonsan Army Training Center on May 11, 2026. After completing his basic military training, he will continue serving as an active-duty soldier in the South Korean Army.

The news immediately drew attention from fans who have followed Zuho’s career in both music and acting. Many fans expressed their support and prayers, hoping the idol can complete his military service safely and smoothly.

In a message shared through his agency, Zuho admitted that his military enlistment had been slightly delayed due to his busy professional schedule over the past few years. Even so, he emphasized that he is ready to fulfill his duty to the country with full responsibility.

Not only that, Zuho also confirmed that he plans to return to the entertainment industry after completing his military service. He hopes to continue greeting fans through new projects, both as a singer and an actor.

The SF9 performer also shared his hope of returning as a more mature and developed person after finishing his national duties. He promised to maintain consistency in his career as a way of repaying the loyal support from fans who have always stood by him.

Zuho first debuted with SF9 in 2016. As his career progressed, he expanded into acting and appeared in several popular web dramas.

Some of the web dramas he has starred in include Meal Kid, Heartbeat Broadcast Accident, and Love in Present Progressive.

Besides being active as an idol and actor, Zuho is also known for his versatility as an entertainer. He has successfully held solo concerts on various occasions, both in South Korea and internationally.

Zuho’s decision to begin his military service marks a new chapter in his career journey. Many fans are hoping he will return healthy and with renewed spirit after completing his military duties.
