Taeyeon Dazzles Jakarta with a Stunning Performance at The TENSE Solo Concert

Wartagate.com - South Korean songstress Taeyeon delivered a spectacular show during her solo concert “The TENSE” held at Indonesia Arena, part of the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) complex in Jakarta, on Saturday.
The former Girls’ Generation (SNSD) leader graced the stage around 3:00 PM WIB, donning a stunning white gown adorned with silver and gold details complete with a golden headpiece reminiscent of a Greek goddess.
Her elegance set the tone for the evening as she opened with the powerful track “Fabulous,” followed by fan favorites “I” and “Letter to Myself.”
“Halo, terima kasih sudah datang (Hello, thank you for coming),” Taeyeon greeted the crowd in Indonesian, charming fans with her warm energy.
"Terima kasih sudah mengundang saya ke Jakarta dalam The TENSE ini (Thank you for inviting me to Jakarta for The TENSE),” she added, much to the delight of the audience.
The concert continued with captivating performances of “Blue Eyes,” “Make Me Love You,” and “Heaven.” However, it was the performance of “Hot Mess” that truly elevated the concert’s atmosphere.
Transitioning from her graceful white gown to an all-black ensemble, Taeyeon emerged like a dark goddess against a fiery stage backdrop, complete with flame bursts and red lighting, leaving the audience breathless.
“I can feel your amazing energy tonight,” she told the crowd. “I hope this concert will become an unforgettable memory for all of you.”
Over the course of nearly two hours, Taeyeon delivered around 25 songs, including powerful tracks such as “Cold As Hell,” “INVU,” “My Tragedy,” and “To. X.” She concluded the evening with the heartfelt ballad “U R,” expressing her gratitude to fans.
“Thank you, I love you all. If I get the chance again, I’ll definitely come back to Jakarta,” she promised, drawing roaring applause from her loyal SONEs (Taeyeon’s fanbase).
This marks Taeyeon’s second solo concert in Jakarta, following her “The Odd of Love” tour on July 22, 2023.
As part of “The TENSE” world tour, she will also be performing in Taiwan, the Philippines, Japan, Macau, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, and South Korea.
The tour, which began on March 7, 2025, is set to wrap up in Hong Kong on June 7, 2025.
With a mix of stunning visuals, raw vocals, and heartfelt interaction, Taeyeon once again proved why she remains one of K-pop’s most beloved solo artists.
