Hyeongjun of CRAVITY Stars in New Drama Kill the Romeo, Featuring a Romcom Story Full of Twists

WartaGate.com – South Korean singer Hyeongjun is expanding his career in the entertainment industry by stepping into acting. The idol, known as a member of the K-pop group CRAVITY, has been confirmed to star in a new romantic comedy drama titled Kill the Romeo.

The news has been officially confirmed by his agency. This project will mark Hyeongjun’s first acting role since debuting as an idol.

The drama Kill the Romeo presents a unique storyline that blends comedy, romance, and a touch of suspense. The story centers on a professional assassin who lives a double life as a devoted fan of an idol.

One day, the assassin receives a new mission. However, the situation becomes complicated when they discover that the target they must eliminate is actually their own favorite idol.

The conflict intensifies as the assassin realizes that the person they have been ordered to kill is the very idol they admire the most.

In this drama, Hyeongjun will partray an idol character who shares the same name as himself. He is depicted as the center of a popular idol group with a large fan base.

The character is known for his warm, cheerful, and wise personality. It is no surprise that he is highly admired by many people, including the assassin who secretly happens to be his fan.

However, the idol’s life changes dramatically when he learns a shocking truth. During a fan-signing event, he realizes that he has become the target of an assassination.

Interestingly, the production team stated that the drama will feature several unexpected plot twists. Hyeongjun’s character journey is said to take viewers through a story filled with surprises until the very end.

In addition, the drama will give fans the chance to see the idol’s acting skills for the first time on screen.

Currently, filming for Kill the Romeo has been completed. The production team is now finalizing the post-production process before the drama is officially released.
